Submission Preparation Checklist
https://edure.net/public/authorguide.pdfAll submissions must meet the following requirements. Please check each item before proceeding:
- The submission is original, is not under consideration by another journal, and has not previously been published as a journal article. Any prior dissemination, such as a preprint, thesis, conference paper, or repository posting, has been disclosed where applicable.
- Two separate files have been prepared and uploaded:
- Title Page containing author details and required declarations; and
- Blinded Manuscript File prepared for peer review.
- All identifying information has been removed from the Blinded Manuscript File, including acknowledgments and file metadata where possible, to support double-blind review.
- The submission meets the formatting, word count, structure, and stylistic requirements described in the Guide for Authors and uses the official template where required.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness and formatted according to APA 7th Edition style. DOIs or URLs are provided where available.
- All tables and figures are correctly numbered, labeled, and cited in the text, and captions are complete.
- Conflicts of interest and funding information have been disclosed on the Title Page, or the authors have stated that there are no competing interests.
- Ethics approval and informed consent information have been included where applicable and presented in a blinded manner if necessary to preserve anonymity during review.
- A Data Availability Statement has been included where applicable.
- Any use of generative AI or AI-assisted tools beyond basic spelling or grammar support has been disclosed where required by journal policy.
- Written permission has been obtained where required for any copyrighted figures, photos, instruments, scales, datasets, or other third-party material included in the submission, and supporting documentation is available where needed.

By publishing in Educational Research & Implementation (EduRE), authors agree to the following terms:
1) Open Access and License
EduRE is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This license permits others to copy and redistribute the work for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate attribution is given, a link to the license is provided, and no modified or adapted version is distributed.
2) Copyright and Publishing Rights
Authors retain copyright in their published articles. By submitting and publishing in EduRE, authors grant EduRE and its publisher, Pegem Akademi, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, communicate, and identify EduRE as the original publisher of the Version of Record in all media and formats, whether now known or later developed.
Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to confirm these terms through a Publishing Agreement. This agreement does not transfer copyright to the journal or the publisher. No royalties, license fees, revenue shares, or other monetary compensation shall be payable to the author(s) unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
3) Submission License During Evaluation
For editorial handling and peer-review purposes, authors grant EduRE the non-exclusive right to:
- process and use submitted manuscript versions for editorial assessment, peer review, and research integrity checks;
- store submission files and essential correspondence for editorial accountability and integrity investigations, in accordance with journal policy and applicable law;
- share the manuscript confidentially with editors, reviewers, and trusted service providers strictly for editorial and peer-review purposes.
4) Article Sharing and Self-Archiving
- Submitted Version (Preprint): Authors may share the submitted manuscript on preprint servers or personal and institutional websites at any time.
- Accepted Manuscript: Authors may retain the accepted manuscript for personal or institutional record-keeping. To avoid version confusion, public sharing before publication of the Version of Record is discouraged.
- Version of Record: Upon publication, authors may immediately share the final published version on institutional repositories, academic platforms, and personal websites, provided that full citation details and a link to the journal version are included.

Privacy Statement
The names, email addresses, and other personal information entered on this journal site will be used solely for the stated purposes of Educational Research & Implementation (EduRE), including manuscript submission, peer review, editorial communication, publication administration, and journal management.
